Hosted since 1994 by Los Angeles poet Rick Lupert, author of a new book of poetry called We Put Things in Our Mouth, this weekly event represents the best of the literary spirit in our community, and the LA Books Examiner hopes you will support this event and keep it going every Tuesday night. The best part: other than the featured poet, you never know who might show up and share her work. Last Tuesday, in fact, the LA Books Examiner was there and read from his new book of poetry The BruburyTales
